Teaching and mentoring the bright minds of Makerere College School (MACOS) is a demanding vocation that requires relentless dedication. To pause, unwind, and celebrate their collective hard work, the MACOS fraternity previously traded the classroom chalkboard for the sandy shores of Kazi Resort Beach for an unforgettable staff retreat.
Held under the theme “A Day of Celebration, Teamwork & Fun,” the event truly lived up to its motto: “One Team, One Family, One Great Day!”
A Resounding Success
Retreats like the MACOS Staff Party played a critical role in boosting staff morale, reinforcing workplace synergy, and recognizing the individuals who keep the institution running smoothly. By stepping out of the academic environment, staff members strengthened the camaraderie that directly translates into a positive, united school culture back on campus.
The event left everyone with wonderful memories of a truly great day well-spent.
