“Welcome to Makerere College School! We’re proud of our rich history and academic excellence. Our dedicated staff and students are committed to nurturing individuals to become innovative leaders. This year, 2025, our theme is “Inspiring Team Commitment,” emphasizing the importance of collaboration, mutual support, and collective effort in achieving excellence. As we strive for unity and teamwork, let’s be reminded of the words of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, “Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”
Our school motto, “Be Known by Your Works and Only Good Works” reminds us that our actions and deeds define us, and we strive to cultivate a culture of integrity, hard work, and kindness. Join us in shaping the future, one student at a time.”
