Representatives from the Ministry of Education and Sports held a meeting at Makerere College School with administrators and teachers to discuss strategies on how to embark on the rollout of the Teacher Effectiveness and Learner Achievement (TELA) system throughout the country in order to improve instructional quality and student performance.
